Let me tell you about Kami. She is wonderful, but a tad on the addicted to television side! I don't let her watch much anymore, because it got so bad, but anytime she sees a tv on, she becomes glued! So much so, that dance class was always a fight! (Because it is at the same time as Arthur on PBS!!) But nevertheless, I won, most of the time, and last night, the fruits of her labor were shown as she tapped and twirled the night away! The video will give you a good idea of how often she didn't make it to class, you can see that about 75% of the performance she is watching the teacher for cues!! I was on the wrong side of the stage for her second dance so you can't see her as well, but she is on the far left side of the video!! Hope you enjoy!
So dance is over for the season... but it was glorious while it lasted! Next up... Swimming lessons!

Maybe the real reason she didn't want to go was because she couldn't stand the Stupid Cupid song. ;) Totally kidding. KAMI IS SOOOOO CUTE! She did a great job. I was actually really impressed she knew as much as she did. Tell her that her favorite adult friend said she was fabulous! (That's me, of course.)

Soooooo sweet! I love dance recitals! I can't wait till Abbi's old enough! I love those costumes too! How fun! I bet she loved at least getting dressed! What a sweetheart. She's got some rhythm. Good job kami! Your Aunt Van is so proud of you!

wow! what a big girl. she did a good job! and looks so cute all dressed up. It reminded me of when I was in "Sunshine Generation"
